BUYPASS “CONN ERROR”

  • Install msxml6.msi from:
    http://search.microsoft.com/results.aspx?mkt=en-US&setlang=en-US&q=MSXML6
  • Upgrade the merchant to 5.7.1 I SP4.
  • Delete the contents of the REVDATA folder.
      PCCharge Pro - C:\Program Files\PCCW\REVDATA
      PCCharge Payment Server - C:\Program Files\Active-Charge\REVDATA
  • Open PCCharge
  • Go to Setup -> Credit Card Company -> Extended.
  • Click on Advance and make sure they are setup as Passthru.
  • Change the radio button from 'Retry Reversals Infinitely' to 'Retry Reversals # Times'. The merchant can decide how many times they want to try a reversal, suggested is 1.
  • Click OK all the way out and try a transaction.
CONCORD ERROR
Concord is not a supported processor in 5.7.1 I SP4. Merchants will have to switch to Buypass, and complete the above procedure to fix the error. Let the customer know that a solution is in the works with versions prior to 5.7.1 I SP4 but there is no ETA.
