DDDD.CC Format Error Message

Problem

When attempting to process a transaction the message 'Amount must be in ddd.cc format' may appear even though the amount was entered correctly.

Solution

1. Close PCCharge. Click Start | Settings | Control Panel | Regional Settings. 2. Click the Numbers tab and verify that all of the settings are right (i.e. decimal = . and so on) and make any necessary changes. 3. Click Apply and OK, and restart the computer. 4. After the computer reboots, open PCCharge and re-attempt the transaction.

Additional Comments

In Windows XP, there are TWO locations to set the Regional Settings to English-US. Control Panel/Regional and Language Options, then, on the Regional Options tab, select English (United States). Click on the Advanced Tab and select English (United States).
