Problem

When attempting to settle on the NPC platform, Error 66 occurs.

Solution

Call NPC and find out what batch number they are expecting. Go to the Extended data and make the batch number match what was given on the phone.

Additional Comments

To locate extended data (by product) PCCharge PRO: Setup/Credit Card Company/Extended PCCharge Payment Server or Express: Setup/Merchant Setup/Setup Wizard, then click Next twice.
