Problem

When attempting to process a transaction on the NOVA platform, the response is Not Captured Max Monthly $ Vol.

Solution

NOVA sends this message when the maximum monthly dollar amount allowed on the account for all transactions is reached. The account can be used on the first of the next month. NOVA can be approached for a temporary increase, although, the increase may nor may not be granted.
