Problem

When attempting to process a transaction TCP/IP, the result/response is Not Captured/Record 5.

Solution

Verify that the timeout values, in Advanced Setup, are the following:

Authorization Time Out (Internet Timeout Value - for NOVA) = 60 seconds

Settlement Time Out = 240 seconds

The time out values are located in Setup/Credit Card Company/Extended/Advanced (in PCCharge PRO) and Setup/Merchant Setup/Setup Wizard, click Next twice, then Advanced (in PCCharge Payment Server and PCCharge Express).
