Call NOVA and verify the Terminal ID number, bank id number and whether the account is setup as a Host or Terminal Account (NOTE: NOVA accounts for PCCharge, must be set up as Host OR Terminal NOT HYBRID - this can only be verified ON THE PROCESSOR'S end - then match what the processor has by selecting the correct setting in PCCharge).
To view the TID, click on Setup/Credit Card Company (or Setup/Merchant Setup/Setup Wizard, then click Next). The TID is located in Credit Card Company Numbers. To view the Bank ID, click Extended (or Next). The Host/Terminal setting is located on the same window. |
