File Already Open - Bad File Mode - Import File

Problem

When attempting to process an Import File, the message is 'File Already Open' followed by 'Bad File Mode'.

Solution

Reattempt the import with the import file located in the system directory for PCCharge (default directory is C:/Program Files/PCCW).
