ERR Ticket Val or ERR Ticket Len - Concord

Problem

When attempting to process a transaction with Concord, the error is ERR Ticket Val or ERR Ticket Len If the customer is using a 3rd party software integrated to PCCharge and they receive NOT CAPTURED; ERR Ticket Val, this means they have tried to enter an alphanumeric Ticket #. If they receive NOT CAPTURED; ERR Ticket Len, this means they have entered a Ticket # more than 6 digits.

Solution

The ticket number was either too long or an alphanumeric Ticket # was entered. Re-attempt the transaction and enter a unique (never been used before with this merchant account), numeric (no letters or symbols - numbers ONLY), 6-digit ticket number.
