Error 65 when settling with NPC
Solution

Error 65 may indicate that an incorrect batch number is being transmitted during settlement. Call NPC, find out what batch number they are expecting next. Go to the Extended information (see extended information by product below) to update the batch number. Then reattempt settlement.
