Error 10 with Lynk

Problem

When processing a transaction the response/result is Not Captured, Error 10. This means the store number is not correct for the merchant number we are sending.

Solution

Typically, this indicates that the store number is incorrect for the merchant account number being transmitted to Lynk. Call Lynk or the Merchant Services Provider and obtain the correct merchant account number/store number combination for the account.
