Error 75 - Path File Access ErrorKBA-01184ProblemWhen attempting to setup a merchant number in PCCharge, the response Error 75 / Path Access Error occurs after the security code is entered.Solution Shut down PCCharge. Access the system directory for PCCharge (C:/Program Files/PCCW for PCCharge PRO; C:/Program Files/Active-charge for PCCharge Payment Server; C:/Program Files/Win-charge for PCCharge Express). Locate the file TID.pcc within the system directory. Right-click the file, and a small menu will appear. Select Properties. Find Attributes on the General tab. Read-only should be unchecked. Uncheck Read-only, if checked, then click OK. Restart PCCharge. The merchant number should now appear in the Credit Card Company Setup window. If it's not shown, add the merchant number again using the same security code.Additional Comments
