Problem

The return from a transaction attempt to Concord may result in the following, when either more than 6 digits were entered in the ticket number field or in the case of a non-numeric entry into the same field. RESULT : NOT CAPTURED RESPONSE : MSG FMT REF : 999

Solution

Enter 6 digits in the ticket number field.

Later versions of PCCharge limit the number of digits enterable into this field.
