Error 380 Invalid Property Value with Modem Setup

Problem

Sometimes when attempting to access the Modem Setup screen, the error message ERROR 380 INVALID PROPERTY VALUE will appear onscreen.

Solution

When the message is displayed, click Ignore. Then perform the steps listed below.

  1. Go to Setup/Modem in PCCharge PRO or Setup/Hardware/Modem in PCCharge Express and PCCharge Payment Server.
  2. If the window says Simple Modem Setup at the top, click on Use Manual Modem Setup in the bottom left-hand corner.
  3. Click Detect Modem Settings.
  4. Click OK until the main processing window is available.
  5. Access the Modem Setup screen.
  6. If this does not resolve, reboot computer and attempt to access the Modem Setup screen.
