This error may be resolved by performing one or more of the following steps. Permissions (step 1), BY FAR, is the most common cause for Error 75 - Path Not Found:
- The PCCharge Pro or PCCharge Payment Server directory must be shared with FULL CONTROL for Sharing and Security Permissions to the computer (s) on which PCCharge Client is installed.
- Check for a shortcut to the executable in the installation directory. Delete the shortcut.
- Verify that only one copy of the executable file exists on that computer (Use Windows Search capabilities).
- Verify that the TID file is NOT Read Only.
- Verify that each Client has it's own unique user.
- Verify that there is only one PCCharge installation directory (PCCW, Active-charge) on the server.
- Verify that the path to the PCCharge executable on the server is correct and does not include a mapped drive.
