Go to Setup | Credit Card Company | Extended (or Setup | Merchant Setup | Setup Wizard, then click Next twice) and check the Batch #. Change the Batch # to 001 (be sure to record the number that was there before changing), click OK or Next back to the main processing screen. Vital's batch #s run to 999 and then start over. Try changing the batch # to 001 and then reattempt settlement. |
