PCCharge will not start - PCCharge hangs at startup

Problem

After reboot, or starting the computer, the PCCharge Icon does not show in systray, and the PCCharge User Interface will not appear. The program must be forcibly closed (Ctrl-Alt-Delete and 'End Task') and restarted to function properly.

Solution

If the program is in the 'Start Up' group in 'Programs', remove it and run the program manually.

Additional Comments

This is not a software feature. Even though it may work some of the time, it can cause problems and cannot receive troubleshooting assistance through the technical support group.
